Mr.Raja Srinivas is a techno-business visionary and social leader with a passion for excellence. As a Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer at RNIT, he is responsible for running all facets of the business with result-oriented approach. He comes with 20+ years of experience, working at various multinational technology companies across the domains and Geographies (i.e. ASEAN, EMEA, Americas) with a track record of successful execution of several large-scale digital transformation roll outs. While working in HCL, Accenture, Wipro at a "Principal" capacity he was owning the P&Ls while single-handedly running the project delivery business. He has received several accolades - "Employee of the year", "Enterprise architect of the year" awards year on year.
During his earlier stint, Mr.Raja worked as a Chief Executive Officer in a multinational company and successfully diversified the revenue with multi-folded growth year on year. At RNIT, he is also responsible for key strategic initiatives & Roadmaps, Enterprise planning & Structuring, global standardization of systems, setting up of core systems while driving the business across geographies and domains. Several of his award-winning products are playing key role and became mandatory requirements at client organizations.

Mr. Partha Sai brings rich experience in architecting and delivering cutting-edge technology solutions. He leads our frontiers of innovation through comprehensive expertise in Gen AI and traditional AI technologies. An alumnus of IIT Guwahati with an advanced degree in Quantum Computing from IIT Delhi, he brings a profound understanding of emerging technologies and their strategic applications in enterprise environments.
At RNIT, he has been instrumental in frontending the organization's AI initiatives—designing and deploying scalable, end-to-end automation solutions. His expertise spans both Gen AI technologies, including transformer architectures, LLMs, and diffusion models, as well as conventional neural networks for computer vision, predictive analytics, and natural language understanding. As a certified Microsoft professional in IoT, he leverages this expertise to integrate AI capabilities with edge computing and connected device ecosystems, creating intelligent systems that deliver actionable insights from distributed data sources.
He spearheads our efforts in e-Governance services, aligning national digital initiatives with enterprise architecture frameworks that are robust, secure, and future-ready. From Gen AI based virtual assistants to AI-powered facial recognition and cognitive document processing, he consistently demonstrates the practical potential of advanced AI in real-world, high-impact scenarios.

Mr. Sastri Malladi is a distinguished IT professional with over 22 years of expertise in project delivery, having successfully led and executed high-impact solutions for Fortune 100 clients across the U.S., Australia, the U.K., and South Africa. His experience spans multiple domains, including government, finance, and enterprise solutions, with a strong focus on greenfield implementations and digital transformation initiatives. He has worked extensively with government departments across India, managing large-scale projects while ensuring adherence to industry best practices. His expertise includes P&L management, proposal writing, and leading large, cross-functional teams to deliver seamless project execution. As a Sun Certified Java Programmer, he brings deep technical knowledge combined with strategic leadership. Throughout his career at HCL Technologies, Satyam Computers, and Mphasis, he has driven successful IT implementations that align technology with business objectives, ensuring innovation, scalability, and long-term success.

He specializes in designing future-ready business solutions that drive digital transformation and operational efficiency. Throughout his career, he has received several accolades for successfully delivering mobile and web-based video conferencing platforms, e-commerce portals, learning management systems, and real-time applications. His passion for technology and innovation enables him to create scalable, cutting-edge solutions that cater to evolving business needs.
